E-tickets
Default delivery is electronic: once payment is confirmed, ticket details go to the email address from checkout.
Paper tickets or wristbands
If an organiser issues credentials through another channel, their rules apply. Purchases here are fulfilled digitally unless explicitly stated on the event.
Payment methods
Available methods appear at checkout — commonly card (Stripe or Monobank) and optional cryptocurrency with manual confirmation.
Fees & totals
Your cart shows seat prices before payment. Processing or service fees may appear separately depending on configuration.
Refunds & changes
